Aluminum tube blasting test bench is used for pressure blasting test of aluminum alloy tube covered by high frequency welding. It can be used for blasting test of flat tube with single hole, flat tube with multiple holes and round tube respectively.

Working principle
The equipment is mainly based on compressed air as the power source, the gas-liquid booster pump as the pressure source, through the regulation of driving gas pressure to achieve the size of the output pressure, through the input gas flow to control the frequency of pressurization, so as to control the output flow of the system. The whole set of equipment has the advantages of compact structure, simple operation, safety and reliability, and automatic control by computer.
Functional characteristics
1 The equipment can realize the bursting test, test pressure stepless adjustable, pressure relief safety protection, automatic stop alarm function.
The main devices are equipped with our company’s mature pneumatic booster device, which can easily realize the output pressure can be adjustable and controllable. Hydraulic pressure is used to tighten the sample and ensure its air tightness.
3 Piping system adopts non – welded connection, advanced technology, reasonable structure design. It has the characteristics of small size, light weight, beautiful appearance and generous.
4. During the test, the pressure compensation can be carried out automatically; After the specimen is broken, the pressure drops rapidly and the system stops pressurizing automatically.
5. Real-time display of test data and curve parameters, automatic saving of test results, and arbitrary print test report.
