Hydrostatic test bench
1. Device description
The hydraulic test bench uses compressed air as the power source, and the output pressure is proportional to the driving air source pressure. By adjusting the pressure of driving air source, the corresponding liquid pressure can be obtained. According to the different pressure of the specimen, the computer automatically adjusts the driving gas pressure by inputting the experimental data, and the high-pressure pump produces high-pressure liquid. After the pressure control system, the high-pressure pipeline is transported to the specimen for static pressure test and blasting test.
2. Scope of application
Used for all kinds of compressor housing, automobile hose, hydraulic hose assembly, metal pipeline, oil pipeline, automobile steering pipe, brake pipe, air conditioning pipe, fuel pipe, cooling water pipe, radiator, warm air Hose, hydraulic equipment, condenser, evaporator, air conditioning filter element hose, turbo charging system hose, automobile brake pump, cylinder block, engineering hydraulic hose, aviation hose and manifold, hard pipe, joint, valves, pressure instruments, pressure vessels, pressure transmitters and other products of the pressure strength bursting test and destructive test equipment. The test media used by the equipment (such as CHF202, ATF oil, PAG oil, automotive brake fluid, clean water, etc.) can be selected according to the actual situation.
