High pressure gas tight test bed for pipe fittings
Air tightness test is mainly to check whether there is leakage in the connecting parts of pipelines, workpieces and containers. Medium toxicity degree is extreme, high hazard or design does not allow a small amount of leakage pressure vessel, must be conducted air tightness test.
Technical parameters:
Test range :0~20MPa;
A gas or liquid;
Driving mode: pneumatic;
Performance: Explosion-proof, automatic
Operation mode: manual, PLC, computer control
Detection method
Pressure vessels shall be tested for air tightness according to the following requirements:
(1) The air tightness test shall be carried out after the hydraulic test is qualified. For pressure vessels that are designed for air pressure test, air tightness test can be conducted at the same time as air pressure test, and the test pressure shall be the pressure of air pressure test.
(2) For pressure vessels made of carbon steel and low-alloy steel, the temperature of the gas used in the test should not be less than 5℃, and pressure vessels made of other materials should be specified in accordance with the design drawing.
(3) The gas used for air tightness test shall be dry and clean air, nitrogen or other inert gas.
(4) When conducting air tightness test, safety accessories should be fully installed.
(5) During the test, the pressure should rise slowly, maintain the pressure for 10 minutes after reaching the specified test pressure, and then drop to the design pressure. All welds and connection parts are coated with soapy water for inspection, so as to be qualified without leakage. If there is leakage, repair the hydraulic test and air tightness test.
