Hydraulic test bench for grooved pipe fittings
Equipment introduction
The hydraulic test bench is used to test the pressure resistance and sealing strength of the trench pipe. According to GB 5135.11-2006, the hydraulic test is carried out. The pressure boost rate can be controlled by the computer, and the maximum test pressure is 10MPa. The range available for grooved fittings is DN25-DN300 (this solution provides two sets of diametrically connected seals).
The equipment adopts computer automatic control, the whole equipment is composed of two parts, the computer control system part and the booster power source part (including the test chamber). By the computer control set pressure upper and lower limits, pressure holding time and boost rate, pressure transmitter acquisition system pressure, through the data acquisition card into the computer, the computer and pressure transmitter capture static pressure and bursting peak, computer operation control the whole test process, the groove pipe fittings, joints and accessories pressure test, check its sealing performance and pressure resistance form.
