Three calibration flow path
Check method
(1) Connect the pressure gauge with the pressure gauge calibration platform device, and the connection should be sealed without leakage.
(2) The zero error is compared with the standard table
(3) Indicating value calibration should not exceed the precision range stipulated by the state
Four calibration sequence
Take the 60MPa pressure gauge as an example, adjust the zero position first during calibration, and do the overpressure -10Mpa-30Mpa-50Mpa-return to zero (the pressure can be set arbitrarily). The pressure is raised slowly and steadily from zero, with precision figures as the standard. When the pressure of each point is stable, the values of the calibrated table and the base table are compared. After calibration, the sequence is adjusted back to zero.
The equipment can be customized according to customer requirements, and several calibration points can be set to realize fast calibration
Five works do the original reason
Pressure gauge check table adopts gas-liquid supercharger as pressure source: It uses compressed air as power source, and the output liquid pressure is proportional to the driving air pressure. By adjusting the pressure of driving air source, the corresponding liquid pressure can be obtained. According to the different pressure of the specimen, the driving gas pressure is adjusted. The high-pressure liquid generated by the gas-liquid supercharger is transported to the specimen by the high-pressure pipeline through the pressure control system for pressure proofreading.
