Low pressure hydrogen booster equipment
Device description
Low-pressure hydrogen supercharging equipment is driven by compressed air, which is used to supercharge ultra-low pressure hydrogen to 6MPa. Therefore, two pneumatic supercharging devices are used in series to supercharge low-pressure hydrogen to high pressure. The equipment takes compressed air of 0-8bar as power source and two gas booster pumps as pressure source, so as to realize two pressurization of low-pressure nitrogen. Output the desired high pressure hydrogen gas. With explosion-proof, output pressure adjustable, easy to move, light weight, simple operation, reliable performance, wide range of application and so on.

It is used for pressurizing low pressure hydrogen gas, which can be pressurized twice to the maximum of 6MPa.

Design principle
Because the pressure of the pressurized gas medium is too low, two booster pumps, a low pressure pump, a high pressure pump, first through the low pressure pump to pressurize the pressurized gas (high and low pressure pump outlet are equipped with gas storage tank, play the role of pressure regulation), the pressurized gas provides the inlet air source for the high pressure pump, so as to achieve high pressure output
