Hydraulic tube expander
1 Equipment Introduction
Hydraulic pipe expansion machine uses high pressure water source as power, through the pressure to expand the outer diameter of the pipe, mainly used to eliminate the gap between the heat pipe and the heat fin (0.3mm-1.0mm) to achieve interference fit to prevent loosening. This is the role of the tube expanding machine.
2 Application range
Air cooler, table cooler, refrigeration coil tube – fin heat exchange equipment, radiator (inflation type) pipeline overall expansion
3. Scope of Application
Suitable diameter: 7/9.52/12/12.7/15/15.6/15.88/16/19/20/21/22/25/32/47 mm specifications such as stainless steel tubes, titanium tubes, brass, aluminum tubes
Four-device composition
Expansion machine is composed of three parts, electric control part, gas drive booster system, expansion joint, including the booster host, high pressure hose, expansion head sleeve tool three parts.
Five, inflation type of main technical parameters
1 Rated expansion pressure: 0-40 MPa (maximum customized 150MPa)
Expansion mode: water pressure expansion pipe
3 Expansion medium: water
4 Input power: 220 V
5 Drive: Compressed air 6-8kg
6. Water source: Tap water
7 Control system: PLC
8 Pressure control accuracy: +-1%
9 station: 1 station
Six, product characteristics
1 No pollution at the expansion joint, no cleaning inside
2 There is no damage to the pipe or the inner wall
3 There is no requirement on pipe length. It is suitable for straight pipe and U-shaped pipe
3. High expansion efficiency, the pressure boost time within 25mm diameter and 5m length reaches the predetermined pressure within tens of seconds
Easy to operate, foot switch control start and stop
5. The expansion pressure can be set arbitrarily to ensure the expansion quality;
6 Pressure boost, pressure relief speed is fast, expansion speed is doubled;
7. Uniform expansion of the 0-2mm thickness of the heat dissipation tube and heat dissipation fin;
8. The device after expansion has low residual stress, which is not easy to produce gap corrosion;
