ALG02 air booster pump
The air booster pump can be divided into three types: ALM02/ALG02/ALG05 according to the flow and pressure, which can meet the needs of different customers. Please consult customer service for specific selection.
The air booster pump is applicable to the working environment where the pressure of the original air pressure system needs to be increased. It can increase the air pressure of the working system to 2~5 times. Only the compressed air in the working system needs to be used as the air source. The pump is suitable for single air source pressurization
Scope of application:
Common compressor increases air pressure, pneumatic actuator of pneumatic control valve, CMM, pneumatic marking machine, clamping device of CNC machine tool, pneumatic binding machine, inkjet printer, insufficient clamping force of cylinder, etc
1. Some or some devices in the gas circuit need high pressure
2. When the pressure of the main gas circuit in the factory drops and the minimum operating pressure of the pneumatic device cannot be guaranteed, the booster pump is used to provide high-pressure gas to maintain the normal operation of the pneumatic device.
3. Large diameter cylinder cannot be configured, but the output force must be ensured
4. Pneumatic remote operation, which must be pressurized to compensate for pressure loss
5. It is necessary to increase the hydraulic pressure of the linkage cylinder
6. It is hoped to shorten the time for inflating the air tank to a certain pressure.
7. Used for air tightness test
Equipment features:
*No power supply, easy to install.
*The driving air pressure can be adjusted through the pressure regulating valve at the driving air inlet.
*The output pressure can be adjusted to the allowable pressure range in the workplace through the pressure reducing valve at the outlet of the air tank, and the maximum output pressure can reach 40bar.
*Compared with high-pressure compressor, it has low noise and low input cost.
