Product description

Scope of application
It can be equipped on ships and vessels to provide pure, dry, safe and reliable high-pressure oxygen for divers. It can also be used in civilian diving operations, diving salvage, diving clubs, diving sports, underwater engineering, deep-sea aquaculture and other diving fields.
Working principle
The utility model relates to a plunger pump (piston pump), which is driven by a low pressure gas at a large area piston end to produce a high pressure gas at a small area piston end. The booster pump reciprocates, with the increase of output pressure, the reciprocating speed of the pump slows down until it stops, at this time, the pump output pressure is constant, the energy consumption is the lowest, and the components stop moving. The input pressure can be adjusted so that the output pressure can be stepless accordingly. It has the characteristics of high output performance and low cost.
Product characteristics
This product requires no electricity. Using 3-8bar compressed air as the driving source, it has the characteristics of simple operation, high stability, reliable structure, continuous operation, long service life and easy maintenance. Oxygen of different pressures can be output by adjusting the pressure of compressed air (output pressure = driving pressure * booster ratio). In order to prolong the service life, it is recommended to use pressure ≤0.8Mpa.
Booster pump composition

Product classification
According to the different pressure of the pressurized oxygen medium, it can be divided into two categories: single stage booster pump and two stage booster pump
