Gas booster pump GLA series
1. Supercharged gas medium:
Air, nitrogen (N2), helium (He), neon (Ne), argon (Ar), natural gas, gas, carbon dioxide (CO2), carbon monoxide (CO), nitrous oxide (N2O), fire extinguishing agent, methane propane and other alkane gases, hospital breathing gas (N2+O2), sulfur hexafluoride gas (SF6), ethylene (C2H4), inert Gas, etc.
For special gases such as oxygen (O2), hydrogen (H2), refrigerant, corrosive gases, please specify in advance when ordering for special treatment.
Two, the working principle
The driving air pressure is generally 3-8bar(0.3-0.8MPa), and the large piston is used to push the small piston to realize the output of high pressure gas at the end of the small piston. When the pressure is closer to the maximum output pressure of the pump, the pump frequency is slower and the flow is smaller.
Three, booster pump function:
Pressurize low pressure gas to achieve high pressure gas output.
Can be customized according to customer requirements of complete sets of pressurization system, filling equipment, air tightness testing equipment, pressure test system, etc.
Iv. Scope of Application:
① Applied to gas filling, filling, recovery, compression, pressurization and so on
② Welding robot gas high-pressure supply
(3) Supporting gas pressurization equipment of gas proportioner
④ Suitable for high-pressure reactor gas pressurization
⑤ Insufficient gas pressure in the workshop for secondary pressurization
Air tight test, high pressure test
⑦ Gas compression test and other occasions
V. Technical parameters:
Single stage single acting single head booster pump selection technical parameters table
GLA series gas booster pump is a single acting single stage booster pump mainly used for pressurizing gas with a certain initial pressure
Models including GLA02 / GLA05 / GLA06 GLA25 / GLA40 / GLA60 / GLA100 output pressure is proportional to the driving pressure, output pressure is adjustable.

GLA series booster pump output pressure = booster ratio * driving pressure
Example: the booster ratio of GLA40 is 40:1, the driving pressure is 5bar, the existing pressure of the pressurized gas is 20bar, and the outlet pressure is 40*5=200bar |
