Liquid pressure pump LCD series
Liquid pressure pump has a wide range of applications, which can be filled with water, oil and chemical media. It is widely used in pressure test, blasting, high pressure injection and other fields. It is driven by 3-8bar compressed air, with adjustable output pressure and automatic pressure maintenance and pressure supplement.
Working principle
The liquid pressure pump works like a pressure booster, applying a very low pressure to a large diameter air driven piston. When this pressure acts on a small area of the piston, a high pressure is generated. Through a two five ventilation control reversing valve, the booster pump can achieve continuous operation. The high pressure plunger controlled by the check valve constantly discharge the liquid, and the outlet pressure of the booster pump is related to the air driving pressure. When the pressure between the driving part and the output liquid part reaches a balance, the booster pump will stop running and no longer consume air. , output hydraulic pressure = booster ratio × driving pressure. The outlet pressure can be set through a simple gas pressure reducing valve.
When the outlet pressure rises, the pump will slow down and produce a certain resistance to the differential piston. When the force is balanced, the pump will automatically stop running. When the outlet pressure decreases or the driving pressure increases, the pump will automatically start operation.
Classification of liquid pressure pumps
LA series liquid pressure pump drive piston diameter of 80mm (MINI type, smaller size)
LB, LBD series liquid pressure pump driving piston diameter of 125mm (strong industry)

LCD series booster pump maximum output pressure = booster ratio * driving pressure Example LCD100 booster ratio 100:1, driving pressure 5bar, outlet pressure =100*5=500bar |
* Boost ratio is driving piston area/hydraulic plunger area
* Outlet pressure is the static outlet pressure (estimated and maximum allowed) when the air drive pressure is 8bar(116psi).
* Flow rate is the approximate flow rate of the liquid pump at an air drive pressure of 6bar(87psi) and an outlet pressure of 0
* The minimum driving pressure required for liquid pump operation is 3bar(43.5psi), up to a certain output pressure based on a specific pressure ratio
