Device description
This set of equipment is driven by compressed air, which is used to supercharge the ultra-low pressure hydrogen to 5MPa. Therefore, two pneumatic superchargers are used in series to supercharge the low pressure hydrogen to high pressure, which is a new non-standard supercharger developed according to the actual production conditions.
I. Characteristics
This set of hydrogen supercharging equipment is based on 0-8bar compressed air as power source and two gas booster pumps as pressure source, so as to achieve two pressurization of low pressure nitrogen and output the required high pressure argon. The two gas booster pumps of this system are to realize the pressurization of nitrogen gas by adjusting the pressure of the driving air source. The system is explosion-proof, adjustable output pressure, easy to move, light weight, simple operation, reliable performance, wide range of application and so on.
Ii. Use
It is used for pressurizing low pressure hydrogen gas, which can be pressurized twice to the maximum of 4MPa.

The system consists of 2 gas booster pumps, 2 gas storage tanks, control valves, and pipe fitting valves.
