It is used for filling HFC-227EA, perfluorohexanone and other fire protection agents and extracting residual gas in the bottle, which can be divided into digital display table /PLC/ computer and other control methods, and can also be customized according to the user’s requirements of single station, double station, three station filling machine.

Note:

The multi-station equipment (for example, double-station equipment) contains double pharmacy pump, double electronic scale and double electrical control system, each station is controlled separately, including a weighing range of 500KG, which can be set to automatically stop and alarm when the weight is filled. The filling system is filled with pharmacy, and nitrogen pressure is applied after filling (nitrogen inlet is provided in the system). The diameter of the filling pressure gauge is 150mm, and the 0.4 pressure gauge. The equipment has a nitrogen pressure reducing valve, which requires the user to connect the nitrogen bottle to reduce the pressure manually. In addition, automatic nitrogen filling equipment can be realized, and the nitrogen pressure can be set to meet the requirements of automatic nitrogen filling.
