Refrigerant charging equipment

1. Equipment introduction

The refrigerant charging equipment is used to charge the refrigerant in the low pressure large container into the high pressure small container through pressurization. It can fill the 0.5L/1L/2L/3L/5L gas cylinder and reaction kettle. The equipment adopts manual control mode.

4. Interface size: It can be equipped with small gas cylinder quick joint or customized joint

5. Driver port: 12MM PU hose quick-plug port

6. Driving requirements: compressed air 0.6-0.8MPa, 0.7m ³/min

Iv. Introduction to operation procedures

Connect air source and refrigerant source
Connect the aerated bottle
Set the charging pressure
Turn on the drive, and the device starts charging
Stop driving after loading and setting pressure
Close the charging valve
Remove the charging piece and replace the other charging piece
Open the charging valve and the device will automatically start charging
