1. Equipment description
Liquid booster unit is a complete set of equipment with gas-liquid booster pump as the core component, equipped with pressure gauge, valve, pipeline and control components, which can meet the needs of customers on pressure, control mode and operating conditions. 2. Equipment characteristics

· The equipment is designed without lubrication, no power supply, no electric spark generation, completely explosion-proof.
· Pneumatic booster pump pump adopts special isolation seal, pressurized gas is not polluted.
· Use pneumatic booster pump to supercharge water, hydraulic oil or other liquids into high pressure liquid, the output pressure can be stepless adjustment, suitable for the pressure range of 0MPa to 400MPa, according to the actual needs of users customized gas liquid supercharging system of corresponding grades.
· All high pressure pump valves and pipelines are made of imported stainless steel, with corresponding high pressure gauges for water, hydraulic oil and most chemical corrosive liquids.
3. Application scope
Widely used in pressure tensioning, hydraulic drive and control, hydraulic testing and other fields, the highest pressure can reach 4000bar.
Compact design, simple operation, just connect the driving air, liquid inlet, you can output the required working pressure by regulating the pressure regulating valve of the driving circuit.
