1. Equipment description
Portable hydraulic testing machine is driven by compressed air, can be pressurized on water or oil and other liquid media, can be used for pressure test, high pressure injection, high pressure hydraulic sources and other occasions, piping system using non-welded connection, pressurizing media diversification.

2. Application scope
Used for water pressure, pressure test, high pressure injection and other fields, widely used in valves, pipes, boilers, manifold, hard pipes, joints, valves, pressure instruments, pressure vessels, pressure transmitters and other pressure vessels for pressure strength test and pressure test detection.

It is composed of gas-liquid booster pump, pneumatic binary, high pressure stop valve, pipeline, pressure gauge, frame, etc.

4. Equipment characteristics

Compressed air is used as the power source, and the output liquid pressure is proportional to the driving air source pressure (output pressure = driving pressure * booster ratio). By adjusting the pressure of the driving air source, the corresponding liquid pressure can be obtained, so it has the characteristics of explosion-proof, adjustable output pressure, small volume, light weight, simple operation, reliable performance and wide application range. It is especially suitable for high-pressure and ultra-high-pressure blasting and pressure test of pressure equipment such as valves, pipelines, connectors and pressure vessels. At the same time, it is also suitable for scientific research and inspection departments as inspection workers.
