High pressure gas distribution table

Air distribution platform (hereinafter referred to as the test platform) is a test platform mainly used for pressure regulation and distribution. It is a set of test instruments designed and produced for testing air tightness and high pressure use. This set of equipment is designed with 3 stations and the control mode is manually controlled.

Performance index

According to the user’s requirements for the use of different air source pressures, the design of the test bench should meet the following functional requirements:

1 Air supply: clean, dry air with a certain pressure, pressure 28.5~40MPa (with self-provided)

2 Use pressure: 0-35MPa 1 station;

0-25MPa 1 station;

0-10MPa 1 station;

3 Test process: pressure boost – pressure maintenance – pressure relief;

4 Design station: 3 stations;

5 Test accuracy: 0.4 grade precision pressure gauge;

6 Operation control: manual voltage regulation;

7 Air source inlet: pressure gauge and high pressure valve;

8 Pressure (gauge pressure) range: 0-60Mpa 0.4 grade 1;

0-40Mpa 0.4 grade 1 PCS;

0-16Mpa 0.4 grade 1 PCS;

9. Filtering accuracy: equipped with filter, filtering accuracy is 10u;

10 Connection mode: thread, reliable connection, no leakage;
